Quick question about level diff.

Quick question what is the lowest lvl a lvl 40 char can party with? When i want to party a lvl 19 char i get lvl diff.

Do you know how to seek a party? If so it will tell you the level range you can party with.

Hit H and on top menu click party, then double click seeking party.

for those of u who dont know this - for example, a lvl 61 says it can party a lvl 40 - but it cant... it needs lvl 41... It's a little bugged.
