Reb success

Anybody know the approx % of success when upgrading reversed items

I mean like the success rate of +1-2 reb etc

i just needa knowif i shud take ii +7-8 or rebirth it to +4

I had 2 iron impacts, I upgraded the both at the same time from +7
I used Tears of Kadarvis the whole way. One went +11 and the other burned going to +11, the one that burned was exceptional . so with tears, i would say pretty high chance.
but i've burned a few going to +6 rebirth ( only 2 ), i've never burned going to +2 rebirth lol

I was trying to upgrade my Avedon rebirth +1 it burned with tears going +2...

and after seeing squirrelspea's pictures it kind of wants to make my upgrade my II reb +11 to +12

Form +1 to +2 - with tears = 50%
Form +2 to +3 - with tears = 50%
Form +3 to +4 - with tears = 50%
Form +4 to +5 - with tears = 50%
