It is. They used to refund the loss of items by rebirthing when the system first was implemented as it was intended to be failsafe.

How is it cooler? lol only reason people like +8 more than +5 rev is cuz is not worth to show that is +8 and cuz some people LOVE trinas for the +9 burning i mean making.

On the other hand +11 LookS Hot while +5 same as +7 but not going off

Alot of the old school KO players like non rev items. In cwest... if you have +11 rb weapon people tend to run from you.

meeh if your a good player even with non RB people will still run from you. Its dumb to think you can hide what you have when playing i know i can tell witch person had +9 shells or +10s with good uniques by looking at how hard they hit me or how hard i hit them. GG warrior will hit them for 500 to 600 full buffed mid geared 600 to 800 newbs like 900+

Definitely true. Depending on your own gear as well of course. You don't need to see the glow to have an idea of what they have.

if the item already is +9, price wont change.. who would upgrade a +9 item to +10 without rebirth it? no1 i guess..., so its depend of what u think cooler...

I prefer non-rev items. I just don't love reb items and i dont even why

its is definitely easier and quicker to sell non reb even at +9. I have had people offer more for an non reb hell breaker, but once I put 11reb next to it in shout offers did go down a little.
