After Lunar War the loser nation players can obtain those potions during invasion from the "tower of power" in castle area.

nah you can get them off of the GM KC events aswell. Whenever they decide to do one of those. either that or get them at the tower of power.

yes they are. Indiaan was asking for the potion that increase your ap, you guys are talking about crisis/ibex pots (dunno how the hp one is called).

back on topic, you just can get the "red ap increase pot" at the tower of power.

u can have those at "log" war map at the tower of power and at each defend after your nation lost the war.
