what to do with it ? my char has no daggers or armora ,
maybe with this token im able to fetch some free gear ? thanksnin advance

first of all welcome
I came back after a break also and this is what i found : You can reskill for FREE / restat for FREE (untill the item date is exposed) .
you need to exchange it on the NPC that is located on top of stairs , left side (orc flags - infront of weapon / armor NPC sell) .
the option of rental i have no clue how to work it out , didnt manage to do it .
