I would say altar. You would get decent char and gear with that money.

you can't have a decent war with that money on altar. with that money you can't have a +8 raptor and you can't farm ,all spots are taken eaven the ones that a person could think would not be worth in all servers at all times .

with that attitude definetly dont start at all or go play some pvp server. For all others who have some positive attitude and wants to play the game, then Altar is a good choice

I think you can get lvl 80 warrior & premium with 200usd, but not gear.

You have to send a picture of your id and a recipe of some sort. Phone bil etc. And you should get verified

they blocked all new acounts on vega and altar. you can only register at sirius. at least for a while no one can enter those 2 servers. this is cause the 2 servers are full siruis has few people. they want people to register sirius.

That information is semi-incorrect, seems they only blocked it while there was pre-registration because now you can register for any server. I registered my account(USA) 10 days ago and im playing ALTAR, it was after servers had already opened. Also I can login any of the servers non premium, just not during peak times.

Sent ticket for account approval and got approved in less than 24 hours


ON - TOPIC :

There is no other server other than the new servers where spending $200 will help you. Just a guess that you need minimum $1k+(might be lowballing) to stand a chance on any other servers in KO
