    Default Static nova inflicting DoT? How to reproduce?

    In my time in KO, there were occasions where static nova from newbie mages at arena would inflict DoT (HP bar turns yellow)

    What's the stat combo / items required to pull this off? mass amount of MP? int? low ap staff?

    I cannot find the common factors.
