At least in older versions it didn't work on mobs. I'm not sure if this changed in 18xx and newer servers. Also, there's no difference between regular monsters and bosses in the game files. Bosses simply have more stats and some of them have a couple special abilities. There used to be a rumor about parasite healing bosses, but it's only a visual bug. GM spawned monsters and monster summon staff monsters are different though, cuz they have different IDs.

(Most of my knowledge is from older servers though.)

U cannot use it on felankor and isiloon for sure, yet u can use it on dungeon bosses (bloody tarantula, krowaz and dark dragon). Not sure but I think (99%) u're able to use it on bifrost mobs (gonna check it once I get back home)

Yes u can use it on dungeon bosses, and as I said not sure about bifrost mobs because I farm them mostly as bp (82) so I dont have superior while playing this build, but I will just go as int there and will check it. As I mentioned earlier 99% it works on bif mobs, chaos stone bosses etc, its just all about unique bosses like isiloon and felankor
