    This is all heresay at that point. I have not been able to confirm any of this (which is why I am asking here).

    Through some Turkish friends in-game, I have been told that the new expansion or a soon to be released patch will allow char's up to lvl 65 to enter ardream and char's up to level 75 to enter RLB. Can anyone confirm this? They told me that this information was on a Turkish forum.

    These are not just random people, they are people that I trust in game. BUTTT, since I can't read Turkish I need a some help from some of you who can. BTW - I don't know the name of the website that carries this claim. Sorry this is sooo vauge, but I can't provide more details since I am at work.

    Just like every1 says that the xp cut @ lvl 61 will be removed , But its not removed on JPKO so i dont think they will remove it on USKO!

    No idea about the Ardream and RLB max lvl but seems to me it would just kill that PK zone if they did that

    The xp cut has been moved to 76 on japko. What's your point again?

    ya i dont know if i would be so sure about all that like earlier jpko and usko are not the same so even if jpko chnges to it doesnt mean that usko will i agree with the above it will def kill pk zones to do that

    this might be true cuz ive heard that xp penalty will be moved to 76, which will make lvling alot easier

    XP penalty not untill 80, as for the pk zones, still the same levels allowed as before.
