Prolly Bugged Pet, need solution

Yo guys, to make long story short I will try to make a list what I did before my pet bugged.
1. Originally pet was hatched on my mage char
2. After x time decided to lvl up priest, since looting is boring I took out the autoloot and moved pet + autoloot on this char
3. Then decided to do some DTS for MS purpose on mage. Again took out autoloot and pet, then I simply couldn't equip the pet.

Any idea why is that and what can I do to fix it? Pet is still in my possesion, autoloot is excluded and I can't equip it on ANY character. Cheers

Something similar happened to me yesterday.... except my autoloot voucher completely disappeared. The pet still works fine on either character... :\

The same with me, I wanted to switch characters and was moving my Pet with autoloot inside, gone goes the autoloot voucher and my pet still works lol

Yep, that's EXACTLY what happened to me.

I'm just gonna suck it up as a loss. I highly doubt anything would be done to compensate for the stupid bug....

Happened to me, but you can fix it by summoning the pet on the first character you put auto loot on, then pressing "P" and moving the auto-loot item into your inventory, then transferring the pet and auto-loot item separately to your new char

If so then report it to NTTGame Ticket Support as a Bug and they will fix it for you.
