I think it's worth it because it has more AP, mp, health and no -ac.

As for the difference, it prolly won't be more than 80~ damage per skill I'd say, but that's a lot to me.

A member of my clan tested fulitol +7 and book +7 and he said book hit better at nova ( 50-100 dmg extra ) .
