It is suppose to however help with drop rate, is that true? I know it says it on the description, but is it a noticeable difference?

the drop rate is noticeable and it also makes repairs much cheaper and you sell stuff to npc's for alot more

dont expect bosses to drop tons of uniques wth prem lol, its still way to hard to get a damn thing from them but i gues it does make a diff if you look at blessed scrolls from atross and rappy's/shards from dark knights and stuff.
