USKO/STEAMKO how doest it work?

I'm not sure if I hit the section, but the admins will change if I made a mistake.
In short, I wonder if anyone can explain to me how these medals and ranks work?

they are like achivments ... i belive most of them reset afther end of each month..... each is a rank..... like conqueror of draki is your rank on draki tower if you are on top 100 time you will get your rank show .... honor of grand merchant is your rank on selling stuff ... they show who make more money on market... hero chaos is your rank on the event chaos ..... apperntice of shozin is a rank on how many sucess items you make on that npc ... etc etc ...


you don't gain anything with them is just to show up..
