Is premium enough to be able to merchant/trade or do i need to active the sms verification?

I just talked to a GM on offcial forums and he said any premium will activate merchant/trade and SMS is not needed.

from what I understand you need to verify your phone number wich cost 5 KC. and then you can use merchant also if you are level 35 +. or Premium should work from what people up top said .[:
