C-west was merged with C-east and Ionia. The new name of this server is Anatolia.

C-West never deleted, they just merged it into 1server with Ionia and CEast.

About the english speakers, to be honest there's not much on orc side right now
but on human side there's some...yeah not alot but there's some english speakers.
Activity? awesome in my opinion, there's always PK especially for your time zone (Israel, gmt +2)

Anatolia is the server to join and like others said, especially in DCZ there are more english players orc side.

Agree with infected. Just do private server and don't spend money b/c you will know if you like it or not. Don't make the same mistake as me.

About money spending, its his money let him do what ever he want.
I never said he should use money for having gear but I never never he shouldn't do aswell.
If he can afford buying gear and make good geared character he should give it a shoot in my opinion.
The PK at anatolia is awesome if you actually compare it to cwest
there's pk most of the day, depends on ur time zone.

but yeah, if he dont have any gear and he's not planning to buy so...playing in a private server might be the best option for him.
Or just wait until new server comes out.

its a nice server, not so avtive these days though..
