Water of Bless

I've seen some pots in merchant 1440 HP recovery. How do i get them? I read that a 70 heal priest can make em but where's prayer of bless?

They drop from reapers in abyss (not a good rate). Also Hellfire, Havoc, Enigma, and Cruel in CZ drop them at a good rate.

Yeah cant be made. They drop at a good rate in CZ like iLoveSlutz said.
