What countrys can play on C West?

I quit the game awhile back and I thought Turkey could not play on cwest and that is why american people liked the server?
Who is restricted from the server now? What is the difference between C west and C east?

and they probablly lied or used proxy.. but its pretty rare to see turks here...

USA
Canada
Mexico
Australia
UK
France
Germany
Holland/Netherlands
Denmark
Peru
Poland
Czech Republic
Finland
Greece
Brazil
Sweden
Belgium
Norway
Israel
Egypt
Estonia
India
Taiwan (not 100% sure, I know there are like 2-3 Taiwanese clans but not sure if they are using proxy or not)


And I know these countries are blocked:
Turkey
Morocco

i heard this thing was removed from along time cuz c-west is too much empty server
and i can log now there but i couldnt log b4
and i saw alot of turks in there too ^^

Oh well i havent seen so many turks on cwest, every turk i see is living on different country.

Some one on top mentioned Italy is allowed, but I know that Italy is blocked from C-west. I have a friend living in Italy that has been trying to move to C-west, but he can't due to his location and play in Ares with me.
