NCS scroll < How many can be used per Character?

Hey pals i need your help.. I was told u can use only 1 NCS per character.. does anyone knows if this is true or u can NCS as many times as you like?

You can only use the same name once. i.e. If you delete a char you still can't rename a char to the same name, nor can you remake a char with the same name. I don't know however if you can use more than 1 NCS still but you used to be able to some years back.

tested.. I can use more than 1 NCS per char so i guess endless

My character wich I bought in ring was NCS'ed atleast 3 times and I already used 2 NCS, lol. So Atleast 5 times, but im guessing endless as long as ntt gets his money
