I'm not 100% sure on this but I thought they stopped it dropping several years back.

afaid they drop on bandicoots.. not on phantoms and reapers
hell hounds suppose to drop them.
i think you mean Gloom Hound and they only drop %20 (S) whati need is %50(L)

yeah i think they stop droping them...when k2 started giving them away in the recharge kc events..
