    This seems like a throw back to the 80s imo, reminds me of songs like whiplash, and iron maiden.

    yeh this has been getting radio play for like that last 2 months

    and there supposed to be a parody apparently but as i said i've heard this like 100x on comcast music chans

    I disagree, metal is still thriving. Publicity may not be as high in the 80's, but then again, it wasn't that high then anyways. Record sales were only high before rap came along >_> bunch of mainstream conformists who don't give a shit about their fans. Go to a metal concert and you'll see it's nowhere near gone/over.

    It'll peek again, prolly not in the US, but definitely in Europe.

    Been there every year for the last 4 now, Wacken is just plain amazing, all the people, the music, the atmosphere there.. it&#39;s a lifetime expierence! AAAAAAAAND I&#39;M SO GOING AGAIN THIS YEAR!

    Metal is far from over,

    I just went to a Metal fest (for the 3th year in a row)
    and this year was a record breaking year, they never had so many visitors on 1 day, and in total.

    Believe me, it&#39;s FAR from over
