This games looks interesting and the graphics are pretty good plus is F2P. The most unique part of the game is the astral (2 paragraph). I'm currently playing the closed beta US version and so far so good even thought lving is kind of hard.

One thing is certain for the Sarnaut inhabitants: the Astral is very dangerous and unpredictable; one can never enter it without special protection that comes from a specific mineral. Nowadays one can travel through the Astral, conduct commerce, combat, conquest and explore, while avoiding the lurking dangers that it contains, mainly in the form of Astral demons and Astral storms.

Astral travel is facilitated by Astral ships that cruise from allod to allod on a regular basis. Moreover, Astral ships can be built, controlled and crewed by players.

Players on an Astral ship can take the role of navigator finding its way through the Astral, engineer, handling the Goblins repairmen, or shooter, controlling the ships arsenal of cannons. Each crew member needs to be at the ready at all times to face enemies like Astral demons as well as other player controlled ships trying to board them up close or destroy them from a distance. The Astral is never safe and hidden pirates are a constant danger. Pirates are other faction’s player controlled ships ready to board you to steal your loot found on unknown allods in far Astral.

Astral travel, exploration and combat are important parts of Allods Online’s high level gameplay, making this game truly unique by combining the best elements of space opera, a high-fantasy universe and high production values.
Gala-Net & Astrum Nival have delivered a MMORPG featuring unprecedented production values and content for a free-to-play game. The animation is fully motion-captured and the visuals have been designed by internationally award-winning artists. In addition, Mark Morgan, the composer for the hit TV series Dexter, as well as PC epics Fallout 1 & 2, Descent II, and Planescape: Torment, wrote the game's orchestral score. Players can choose between 2 factions, 6 races, 8 archetypes, and 28 classes. Meanwhile, the game features a plethora of content: 1,500+ quests, full PvP, raiding content, instance dungeons, crafting system designed as minigames, pets, and even goblinball--soccer played with a goblin!

That link is the EU link. For the North American version here's the link:

Like the description above says, this is apparently one of the most heavily funded F2P games (I think a 12 million budget or something). I checked some vids on youtube from the Russian version of the game (where this game originally came from), and the pvp looks really nice.

Still playing russian version from CBT. The game is nice, but still needs some workaround. Alot of guilds already build astral ships but the devs havent made astral yet, lol, but it should be out in next week. From 22-23 lvl PvP becomes the part of lvling, since both factions move to same zone to lvl. Max lvl is 40 so far. There's skill tree and talent tree for every class. Crafting is far more advanced than in other mmos, but not much recipes atm.

And yeah, it's almost impossible to survive without a guild, basically you are nobody and you wont get far untill you get a friendly serious guild.

I like that its open pvp from level 22 onwards. Makes the game so much more interesting and leveling isn't so boring anymore lol. Something similar to Conquer Online.
