The steampunk and fantasy online RPG ARGO Online is not comparable with latest typical MMORPG grinder games. ARGO is a complex and huge online RPG with an open world full thousands of quests and landscapes that are waiting for brave adventurers to explore it. In this online RPG, both factions you can play share the same past before the last world war, Serpestis. But because of their completely different attitudes to life which they evolved during the centuries, they became enemies over the time. So it is steampunk – inspired technocrats versus close-to-nature spirituals fighting in this online RPG

In the online RPG world of ARGO, each of the two factions (the steampunk Noblian or the mystical tribe Floresslah) has eight different classes and a huge character creation system which provides a lot of options to individualize a character. Each faction in this online RPG, whether if it’s steampunk or nature, has build up their own and unique system. Pets, mounts, cities, weapons and of course clothes completely differs from each other. Also you can specialize the eight different character classes of both the steampunk - and the nature – inspired faction and power them up with “Earthdium”, a mysterious element that offers supernatural strengths to everyone who uses it. There are several kinds of the same mineral, as well as there are several different ways to apply and make use of it, a feature totally new to online RPG games so far.



Classes
Floresslah
The Tauri

The "Tauri" are aggressive warriors. They get wrested from their family when they turn six years and successfully solve the "Trail of the Taurus". If they succeed, a hard and painful apprenticeship awaits them. This is one of the highest distinctions in the floresslahnian army. This infantry unit is named by the sign of the Zodiac "Taurus", which stands for strength and success. They are mainly educated in the fight with Polearms and long lances

To be become a Defender
the applicants need to solve a very hard test which examines their clear conscience and honorable mind to save their own race and the earth. This is called "the Way of Defender". They are experts in the martial arts with long lances, but they use them for a defensive battle style to protect their own pals

The Elementarist
It is not possible to get educated to become an elementarist. They are selected by nature. In their early childish years, they get leaded by a mighty vision to find a hidden place. Nobody really knows, what awaits them, but children who come back from their journey feel a strong affinity to nature. They are called "Elementarists" and the spiritual masters of the Floresslah. Their defense abilities are weak, so they are fighting from the distance by using pistols which can cause serious damage to his enemies.

The Warlock's
ave close similarities with Elementarists. They are petite beings, but extremely intelligent and they know their weaknesses and strengths. Warlocks will lose each melee battle, because of their low defense skills. That's why they specialized themselves in using heavy distance weapons with massive firepower

The Saggittarius
This military unit is named by the sign of the Zodiac "Saggitarius". Blessed by the "Great Centaur" these units are exceptionally gifted warriors in dealing with long distance weapons. Their defense skills and strength are weak, but snipers have a strong skill on killing enemies before the victims even get notice of it

The Rouge's
are mysterious beings. They learned over ages to become one with their environment to irritate and confuse their victims. This silenced fighter sneaks behind the enemy lines and prepares surprise attacks on short distances. They are mainly equipped with swords and pistols

The Shaman
At the beginning of each academic career, all aspirants need to take a test over 10 years. After succeeding, they receive a membership from the "Sage Circle". Those who fail become expelled from their tribe and doomed to live a life alone in the woods. A member of the "Sage Circle" can choose one of two ways. The "Way of the Shaman" or the "Way of the Druid". Shamans are a hybrid class by leading the battle with summoning units and using recovery and assistance skill.

The Druid
If a member of the "Sage Circle" chooses a life as a Druid, he chooses the highest way of living in the floresslahnian philosophy. They have the power to resurrect life and heal wounds and diseases. An absolutely indispensable character in each successful party.


Noblian
Skill Attack Power

Warriors
are the core unit in the Noblian army. They are the first line in conflicts and wars. Trained and specialized on Long Spears and combined with their brutal and aggressive fighting styles, they are a terrifying unit on battlegrounds. But their defense is their weakness. That's why this unit is often seen working together with the Protectors.

The Protector's
mission is to protect other units in his environment. He´s a indispensable device in every successful squad. Of course he causes damage as well with his high qualified skills in long swords, but his core ability is the protection. .
The Bomber
is an elementary tactical unit in the Noblian's forces. This very powerful artillery soldier uses massively firepower on long distances to damage and attack large groups of targets.

The Scholar
is the scientist in the Noblian race. His passion is the industrial progress and mankind's evolution in the new world. Mainly equipped with pistols, he causes big damage to focused targets and enemies from the distance

The Explorer
is a spotting unit. He sneaks smoothly into the enemy territory to spy out their strategies and the current situation. Equipped with long distance guns and small pistols this unit shouldn't be underestimated..

The Chaser
is a master in fighting with swords. He controls the battle by using various sets of fighting styles and skills. His defense is very low and his biggest weakness, but he compensates this with his speed and agility.
Paladins
are a hybrid class, which are leading the battle with summoning units and using recovery and assistance skills. Trained in enhancing summoned units, the Paladin is an absolutely indispensable class on each battlefield

Mounts
The Mounts in Argo are free, available with quests and they also have a system of levels.
They have their own skills. To activate or use them you need Ore which you can produce from Earthdium. On the left you can see the Noblian Mount and on the right you can see the one of Floresslah.

Later there shall be Mounts from which more people can fight.

Advise: Take your pet out when you emit your quest so that it’ll also get exp.

First-Steps
The first thing to do after starting ARGO is of course logging in with your alaplaya id and pw. Enter them at Account and Password and hit Confirm.

In case this is the first time you enter ARGO, it’s about time to decide for one of the factions in ARGO now. Whether you want to play an ally of the technocratic Noblian or be shoulder to shoulder with the close-to-nature Floresslah and protect the earth, you have to decide. It’s up to you.

Now you have to choose a character class. Within each faction you can choose between eight different classes, each with special strengths and skills. Click on the classes to learn more about them.
Make a selection that suits your abilities and interests best – so you can support your team adequately


Out of factions and classes, your hero will rise: You can entirely design your individual character by changing a variety of things at their outfit, skin, face and features. Even the proportions of the body can be adjusted. At last, you may give them a name. Congratulations, your hero is born!

At the lower end of your screen you see a dashboard with all necessary information.
From left to right:
-Your character and level and adventure points (there are two ways to level: By EXP – Experience and by AP – adventure points)
-The three bars for HPr, MP and WP.
-Next to it, there a tiles with your weapons and skills, you can quick select a single weapon or skill with short keys.
-Rigth to that, there is a preview of the last three items in your inventory.
-The M and T buttons lead you to the Menu and TPS Menu.
-The green bar and the three buttons Attack, Armor and Dash show your backpack and the core/ore resource you have to perform backpack actions.
-At the very right, you see a multifunctional minimap and current position.
-Below the screen, there are two bars for Experience and Adventure Points.

How to Start a Match
To participate in a Guild War or a Field War, you have to register first with the appropriate NPC in your capital city once you have reached the minimum required level.
Field Wars are held twice daily in the "Desert Shrine" on Naihill. A message will be sent to all involved, so nobody will miss out.

Field-War
The Field War is an open PvP battle in the "Shine Desert", located on the Naihill continent. The object of the conflict here is to secure the rare mineral known as "Earthdium", shown in the foreground. Twice a day, a large fight breaks out near the Earthdium.
The start times of the battles can be found at the appropriate NPCs.
A global message will be released an hour before, so nobody will miss the fight.

Rules:
Before the battle begins, all of the fighters of the respective sides will arrive in their base.

The goal is to destroy the enemy mine after the battle begins. The first side to successfully do this will then be granted full access to the Earthdium held within the mountain (Light Portal). The powerful crystal will then protect it's new owner, hitting every enemy as they flee.




Enchant
Enchant is weapon and armor piece compounding. It adds special bonuses, increase maximum core/ore on bucket, add more skill defense and much more. This depends on which compound kit and what grade you will use.
How to Enchant?
This time when you are near blacksmith npc press on Enchant option

Now you should see this screen

Only difference here is that you need compound kit. Compoundable item is any weapon/armor piece or accesory.

Add compound kit and compoundable item into correct slot. After that press compound and your item should get one of many available bonuses.

Enhance
Enhance is item strength increasing. It add additional base damage to your primary, secondary or support weapon and increase defense on armor pieces.
How to enhance?
First of all you need to find blacksmith npc at major towns and start conversation with him. Then press on Enhance to start.


There are 3 slots into, which you can add items. Seed , Enhanceable Item and Enhanced Earthdium.

-Enhanceable item is any weapon/armor or accesory
-Seed is special cash shop item increasing upgrade chance


-Enhanced Earthdium is needed enhance weapon/armor. You need General strengthening Earthdium at 1-3lvls and Interm. strengthening Earthdium at higher item upgrade levels.

Now add item into slots, seeds is optional item, which you don't need to use it if you don't want to and press Enhance.

Auction
Where is the Auction House?
The Auction House is located in Kelloare for Floresslah and in Inisium for Noblians. In addition there is an Auction House for Floresslah (Fortunai) and Noblian (Lenasentia) in the Naihill continent.
What can you do in the Auction House?
In the Auction House u can buy at an auction, instant buy and sell items from your inventory.
There is no charge in order to buy at an auction and instant buy, but you have to pay 100 gold fee in order to sell items.

The Auction House
If you open the Auction House you get this window:


• On the very left upper corner you can see your Auction Points with the options to trade or re-trade them to gold
• Participation shows in how many auctions you are currently bidding
• Sell shows how many items you are currently selling
• Under these two there is the Register Sale button with which you can sell your items
• On the very left down corner are options to change the selection in the middle
• The upper menu bar with Home and Sell shows you which items are currently being sold in the Auction House
• My Auction shows your auctions as well as the auctions you are currently bidding on. Furthermore all items you bought or sold are listed there (In Process shows the auctions which are currently running whereas Finish shows the finished ones)
- The Recommendation button shows you items which fit to your class and level
Changing Gold to Auction Points
The Auction Points are essential to "work" in the Auction House. Without Auction Points you can't create an auction, as well as biding on items. The exchange is pretty easy.

As you can see in the picture, you press on the Exchange button and type in the amount of gold you want to exchange.

Then confirm two times and you have succesfully changed your gold into Auction Points.
If you want to change your Auction Points back to gold just mark "My Auction Points"
Selling items in the Auction House
To sell an item in the Auction House just press the "Register Sale" button:

It will open a new window:

• On the left side you can see the items in your bag
• On the middle you will find the tools to make a sale:


• The upper empty window is for your item. Just drag it from your bag on the left of the window.
• The "Auction Start Price" prices the starting price
• The button "Market Price" shows all items which are equal with your item and already in Auction House. So you have a complete picture over the current situation in the Auction House
• "Buy Now Price" prices the instant buy
• "Auction Time" sets the auction time (min 24 hours - max 48 hours)
• On the right side you will find your items which are in an auction
Buying items
Buying items is very simple. Click on "Home" or "Sell" and u will see a list with all items in the Auction House. Besides every item is a button with "Bid" and "Instant"
• Bid means to bid on an item
• Instant means to buy instantly buy the item
To receive the items you bought or those that weren't bought from anyone back to your inventory you have to press the "Accept Product" button under "My Auction" (on the upper right corner)
Don't forget to change the needed amount of Auction Points from gold or you won't be able to buy and sell things

Also there is PvP Events lol.

They fight @wars for eradium used for upgrade.

I understand and I agree with you, but

Argo doesnt have too many bugs as Knight Online, yes it have but few, but GMs works to fix, 1 by 1. Game doesnt go down 3 days or server restart, its allways online. And was in top ten games for 2011 and 2012.

only cons are the game isnt advertised, GM's not much active.

But these no hacks like happend at Knight Online, yeah I saw at Argo some bot, but they where few.

These no turks, 1-2 only, there is a lot of Germans, French ppl. but they all speak English, so we can understand eachother.
