It covers alot of things you need to know. In this game experience is your best friend (experience as in playtime/knowledge, not the exp you need for lvling in game).

On solomid.net there also are alot of champion specific guides. These can come in handy to learn some tips and tricks on your favorite hero so you can perform even better.
