Yes, the second war is better atm, but the numbers today are about 100 lower than yesterday.

serwer is just hecket like usko ,speed hackers,mining hacker and bots.
if they say they are gonna fix it they are lying cause if usko didnt so no one will,especially not a private server with retarded gms.

Not exactly BS. The server is unsecured because I still see mining botters and saw some k0xpers in cz today.

the server is unsecured eh? get a clue, the server is secure as its online, there is just no anti cheat or a good one anyway which is what i think you mean. Look at every game even WoW it has bots, its impossible to stop botters completely.
