Will there ever be an UTC expension and server relaunch? By server relaunch i mean back to farming roots or a hundred percent pure pk server. Dont get me wrong I dont have any issue with this current form but the player base seems to be a bit thin at the moment.

If you like to PK more than farm than i'll say yes, i log few times a week when i have the time to have some fun and well does the trick for me.
