I've played a few servers with UTC and the new aspect of those maps made it interesting for 1-2 months by itself, but you are right on the pk and war, war here is simply boring, they moved the boss war to sunday with CSW, which blows because Saturdays were my main day to pk, beside the point, the pk is dry and boring. Logged yesterday for pk and 2 full archer parties in cz, was pure cancer. Need something to spice it all up, every one is about same damn gear so its just boring now

that's called restarting a server, like every other server has been doing for the past years.

iirc Alpha told me that UTC was basically ready last year (August 2016), and they just wanted to survey the population on how to roll it out. One of the ideas I heard was them making UTC weapons rentable for 2-4 hours on weekends and letting people vote if they would like to be able to obtain them permanently.

I guess they never followed up on any of those ideas.

UTC is not really a key for success. Most Turkish servers don't have UTC and I don't think that many people really care about it. Events and content is not going to fix a server. Servers are best when they're less than 3 months old, but PK servers can be interesting for a little while longer. Events are fucking boring anyway. PK and War are the key aspects of the game, everything else is just fodder.

I think that events are not boring as long as there are interesting rewards on 'em. Instead, they "force" you to log in the game & join the event even if you're not playing on the server at that moment.

BDW is boring because "matchmaking" sucks. Juraid is way too long for the rewards you get. Bi-Frost is also pointless unless the PK is good. Events basically force people to farm instead of being fun. The best event I've ever seen was the invasion concept from Euro-PvP / Knight Kingdom. Give. Me. Invasions. With. Real. Rewards.

I thought you were talking about farm / light-farm servers where you must farm 24/7 or 12/7, where you can get a break from all this constant farming, by joining such events that you mentioned.
Meaning that you can PK & farm at the same time. Usually the staff adds some cool rewards on these events, where you waste X minutes to get Y items & Z NPs than waste double time to obtain those rewards by killing the same mobs again and again. If I had to choose between those 2 options I'd vote for events
That's the main issue of KO. It lacks of mobs. There are about 10 types of mobs totally in whole game. All the rest are the same mobs with a different name... So people already know, when they join a farm server they will kill worms/bulcans/werewolves at moradon then they'll kill skeletons/zombies/lamia/smilodon and finally apostle/harpy/troll/golem. Doing something repeatedly e.g. attacking trolls non-stop (especially for hours) ... is boring. Adding events to give you a small break from this boredom is not a bad idea. Adding new mob types to kill boredom is a much better idea but 99% of the player-base 'd complain and quit because "these mobs do not match to the game", heh. So, better to stick with events.

I gotta agree matchmaking sucks but this is all about players choosing offence/tank classes than support ones. Less support classes in a nation means less parties that includes a support class.

Invasions with real rewards ? I guess the reward you're talking about are player kills and their NPs ?

Nobody goes to invasions because they're boring though. And that makes invasions even more boring. There needs to be some way of getting items or something for invading. In some servers they added fishing and mining to give people a reason to go.

Besides a quest like Lich Quest & the NPs you can get from the NPCs/enemies, what else could be added to the invasion maps ?

There can be rewards during a war that would help the player to conclude "since I joined and stayed up till the end of the war, why not to join the invasion too?". Isn't this enough ?

You need to do something new on server to keep players here
New servers comming soon and im 100% sure 3/4 engliah community will play on them and leave apex

As they've said multiple times. No relaunch. Not happening.
It's got a stable core of 250 or so people who buy kc. And a smaller bit of people who still play but don't buy kc.

Server still going strong.
Prices are low. People need gb.
Call any mage clan. I saw imir rings +3 for 4.5gb & flame rings +3 for 9gb.
If any new mage clans come.. it's a good deal to rape everyone
