Because the "non-donator" weapons such as Hepa's Raptor +11 are easy to get and just as good. So people overprice the Cursed Weapons because they're rare, got that 1% chance to curse and therefore it is the only way to stand out item-wise.

Pretty much this. Hepa +11 is all you need tbh to do really well and they are like 10-15 gold bar now only. 212 Ap on the hepa rappy 11 (Wirinom 11 has 209 ap + 9 str, Baal 11 has 207 ap + 9 health, surely they are slightly better due to the curse, but the curses aint goes off often tbh, so in pk it won't make much of a diff. Or you can get a +8 chaos baal / wiri for the curse and do slitly lower dmgs. +8s aren't that expensive)

You know right, that +11 is the max here btw. So hepas, wirinoms, etc cannot go over +11 aswell.
