Biggest mistake was that all of the GM's didn't have similiar guidelines how to react on different issues.
One GM would act entirely different than others. Macro was allowed and still people got ban-threats from certain GM about it.

Alpha was easily one of the best GM's around PSKO and i doubt there will be anyone even close to his level of commitment.
Sadly, they were unable to find more good ones and chose several bad ones.

You will have to install windows using bootcamp or you could try using parallel windows because I don't think they offer a mac client.
