Less babashop = more farm spots taken = helps the newcomers.
In the other side, just by watching "S>this account" or "S>this item for $" in market places of different servers, there are people getting dissapointed and quitting aswell.

You can actually judge how a server is doing just by how many of these threads are on their forum/g4l. If a server has a lot of threads like this, you can assume, (keyword; Assume) that players are getting bored of the server for whatever reason they have (Low population, Repetitiveness, No balance, etc and that they're choosing to bail out by making a quick buck off of the items they have. I'm not sure how many people choose the servers they will play like that (Since someone said before me, babashopping is inevitable), but it is sort of discouraging for a new player like me to download a server that has a bunch of 'Selling all of my items / Selling my account'. Then again, what do I know.

I don't really understand your logic at all. Babashopping doesn't make servers last longer in my opinion. People will quit because they get bored. I don't spend any money in this game, yet I find very creative ways of leaving servers overnight if I feel like doing so. If somebody really has issues quitting the game because he doesn't get paid then that person should go see a doctor or something. The only way this would keep players in the server would be if they quit for a good while and came back after a few months or so. But there hasn't been a single private server which would've allowed that to happen.

By the way, I've noted you've gained some players who have babashopped their gear these past few days. Not that I really care since you can easily farm your way to max gear. Also, CZ activity has decreased while online user count increases. How is this possible? Well, it's not.

You didn't quote but I guess that you're talking to me.
Not allowing babashopping helps a server to be kept online longer it should. Not on a big percent but it does. And that's not the only way to keep a server as long as it's possible, but it's the one babashoppers are bitching for.

As twostars and some others said, it's not possible to get rid of babashoppers completely but you can limit them, therefore, I'm not surprised about what some players did. It could be double of 'em or even more.
CZ activity seems to be increased to my eyes. Even the people who're in CZ at all, have been increased. ~40 during worst timezone and always 100+ (150~160 max) during the best timezone. While PK servers like maxko are having 80-90 players in CZ while they have 200 users online. Oh and don't forget that most of the users are in moradon merchanting since ProfessionalKO isn't a PK server (there are 157 users in moradon atm).

To be honest the people who played when I started quit now that we started pking and there are max 40 players on each side in cz (although panel says otherwise...) which is nice in it's own way. But the fact that there should be 500 players, and like 100+ in CZ and 300-400 in other zones? I hardly doubt there are 100 players in eslant and luferson / emc because CZ is supposed to be the 2nd most active zone, right after moradon. This is all off-topic by the way so I intend to keep it to a minimum. Not starting an argument on this topic about another server's issues.

Hopefully ApexKO will have a true online user count :3 I've lost all my trust in humanity a while back but this server could be one of those great moments in history where bullshit is kept minimal.
