OTP giving me a hard time. The code my Blackberry (old one) generates doesn't work with website and I believe that it has to do with "server time". Now, the problem is, Google Authenticator doesn't have "settings" in this version, you can either manually put the code or quit. Lol.
Also zendesk giving error while logging with my Gmail account (same I used to register to website). it says:
"{"error":"Couldn't authenticate you"}"

Just in case you missed the above, we've released 2.044 which will fix your problem with starting the client. :-)
You can use the launcher to update it, or download it manually from the above.
Also, we've realised the login error message is a little bit outdated; there's no need for a code or anything like that, the login restriction will be lifted when the server launches in a little over an hour. That really only applied to closed alpha (and was intended for beta, but we decided against it).
Sync the time on your phone; it's using the phone's time. :-)

No, no -- just make sure it's synced with the time servers. It doesn't matter which timezone it's set to, it just needs to be in sync.
I've never used a Blackberry, so I can't be too much help with actually finding it, but this may be of some help:

It's literally just pressing a button to have it sync with your configured time servers. That's it.
You really shouldn't have to. You should find it should continue to work after you change it back; it probably synced when you changed timezones.

Yes. First wipe will be for beta (it's not wiped yet, few people ingame testing stuff right now before we wipe it), and then another wipe before official.
Accounts/rewards will carry over to official, but character data won't.
Drop list is almost done, it will be there with you shortly.

No, there is none. I'm not a huge fan of them personally, but we'll see. Website is low on our list of priorities right at this moment, but if Vincent could perhaps rig something up on the user side for it, I can quickly whip up the backend code for it. I'm a little pressed for time as it is though, so again, we'll see. ^_^
How to fix ''No such registered id'' error? i registered 2 times but both accounts have this problem
