What do you mean bro?Alright, few things.
1. Support's active now (not sure if I mentioned it before). You can register on the support site. My apologies for that.
2. It was brought to my attention that the reason people were being taken to alpha was because it was linked from our thread! Embarrassing, totally our fault, apologies. Thanks for pointing that out; it's been fixed since. :-)
3. Server's down right now as we're applying a batch of updates.
The server encountered an issue we've seen once before back in early alpha, but attributed it to something else and couldn't repro it since. Now that it's happened again, it's pretty clear what the cause was, and has been fixed now (it just took a while to fix it all). Right now the server's compiling (takes ~10min on the build server it's on; need to upgrade it!), so we're going through handling any other lesser issues people have encountered.
If you encountered any bugs, please make sure they're reported. I want to get as much done while it's building, so we can get as much fixed for when it's back up again. Thanks!
What're your options set to? In theory it should be throwing you some sort of DirectX error if your options were set wrongfully, but just to be on the safe side.
1 bug i encountered. After using a nation transfer scroll to try it. I had no more skill tree's but points in them. I couldnt access to the skills. A redistribution did not help either. It was asking me to chose a proficiency even tho i already chose it and has no option to do it again.
I deleted my character and did another since it was only lvl 20.

I suspect it was because your character was so low to begin with, something we wouldn't have checked too carefully with alpha.
Also: the server's back up!
The crash was fixed, we've fixed a couple of issues we observed while people were playing (we also turned down speedhacking checks a bit for the moment also, as in their current state they're slightly too strict and are just annoying people).
We really appreciate all of your interest and support thus far. Also, a HUGE thanks to everyone helping us keep people updated! Even with the staff we have, we're finding it very difficult to keep everyone updated and get things done in a timely manner, so again -- THANK YOU! <3
Why so many issues in the beta? Was it the migration to the dedi, or just the sheer number of people messing shit up?

Wat? I never said the beta isn't for this purpose or complained, I was just wondering, we put in a good amount of hours into the alpha and didn't find anything like these bugs lol, despite leveling from 1-80 without problems etc.

It might have been one after each closing of the client, which he did 3 times.
Registered an account and logged in for the first time just fine. After that a huge lag ingame happened so I exited before seeing the DC msg which caused that warning that my account is in use when I tried to log back in. So I waited, a lot, but the msg persists to show. Any idea on what I should do?
