We're at 36 (20min shy of 37) hours uptime now!
Unfortunately, we do need to be restarting for updates, so we'll get a few more bigger concerns out the way and then we'll go update beta. One of the bigger concerns at the moment is some spawns failing to respawn after a while; I believe this is because of my temp fix to the deadlock issue. Merging in Aesteris' changes & using those instead should fix that (though they may or may not - temporarily - affect stability).

These two are still on my list of things to fix before the next restart.
Thanks for the suggestion; we're slowly working on improving that. It looked downright horrendous in alpha. >_<
But between Vincent and our new recruit SoulR3aper, we'll be pushing to clean this up even more. I don't think there's anything wrong with the template we're using -- it's just how we've gone about implementing it.
The background behind the content itself is what makes life so very difficult; it makes things difficult to read, and generally awful. What it needs is some sort of solid background or something to help the content stand out on its own. I've messed about with a transparent layer behind the content and the textured background, and also messed with just using a simple solid colour but I wasn't really satisfied with how it looked. It's one of the many things we're working on cleaning up, anyhow.
On a similar note, the website now supports both Chinese (thanks to Kam!) & Polish (thanks to JanekBack!). There's a few design issues that arose from those (particularly Polish, with its *really* long words), but we're working on getting those sorted.
