BPs still need a little tweaking. Missing some dmg with the krowaz armors. Duffed rogues take 1k dmg, which isn't enough sadly. Rogues have 7k HP with krowaz +7 sets so the dmg should scale accordingly.
Tested with Krowaz +7/12 STR with both HB+8 and Wirinom +7. BPs are incredibly tanky, but sadly that's not the point of the class originally. It's supposed to be more like a massive damage dealer with less survivability. Without good shield switching you should be free nps. Possibly increase the dmg of helis or just boost the dmg of priest overall?
Also, you might wanna consider removing minor heal cooldown. Even though the cooldown was added to prevent people from using pedal/macro and to balance out the game with CP doubling your HP regeneration, it might just have made it worse for people who do not macro. It's completely impossible to drain your mana by hand, but with a macro mouse you can do it easy. This creates a massive gap between legit players and those using hardware in order to enhance their ability in-game. Of course I'm aware this might cause some trouble with people double minoring and healing themselves for 14k hp in 5 seconds, but it's still better than only allowing a portion of your population to do this.

If i were you, i wouldn't add the krowaz weapons to the game at all (or well, atleast not with these curses that totally destroy everything regarding VS, making it 99% luck based and unenjoyable, same for couple of pk situations, it just takes away a decent amount of skills and make things depends on luck, 1 of the biggest reasons why plenty of people prefer oldschool style over this where you can lose to a totally random tard with 0 skill whatsoever if he is lucky enough and get ya 1-2-3 times with his chaos curse for ex.) but if u wanna add it no matter what, then:
Hope you are gonna be wiser than USKO used to be and gonna balance them out curse wise.
1.: Consider not adding curses to krowaz weapons at all, to keep the skill factor over luck factor higher.
2.: If you don't wanna do that then i'd suggest you to only add such a curses that is not affecting the cursed guy himself, therefore not leaving the guy totally helpless at pk nor fucking up VSes entirely, etc. (Curses like the undef --> no TP, or possibly new ones like, idk: The cursed guy can't be cured by others during the cure only by himself, etc. So there would still be curses but the cursed guy himself would have a chance to get away)
3.: If not even that, then let every1 use whatever type they want. (Chaos for rogues or mages too, etc) [Classes are pretty balanced w/o krowaz weapons, don't see the point to make certain classes more OP than the others with krowaz weapons]
PS.: Tho as i said , i didn't rly play usko recently (~2010 was my bb to it / some euko at 2011), so if things become relatively fine after the UTC patch. Then it's alright, but for now it seems to be unfair as it used to be in the past too. As well as even if it's gonna be somewhat balanced later, imo it's better to minimalize the luck factor that is taking away the skill.
My curse effect on raum went off total of 2x and i been playing roughly around 4 hours today, mostly vsing in arena so that's a lot of skills + r hits and the effect was triggered 2x only :P
