So, supposedly the word going around the block is that official's going to fail because we don't have enough advertising/pinned threads on Turkish forums in particular.
I keep hearing it from way too many people indirectly (so and so told me that someone else said), but nothing specific like Turkish forums we're supposedly missing -- to my knowledge, we're pinned and/or have banners on them all (which took over half a year for at least one of them!), in addition to the targeted Facebook advertising we have going. These are all kept updated.

I'd like to think it's just something nasty someone's spreading intentionally, but on the off-chance we have missed somewhere, please -- speak up now while there's still 2 weeks until launch. It doesn't help anyone to just comment on it to other people -- let US know so we can DO something about it.

The only Turkish KO forums that I know of are PVP-kenti, PVP-sehri, KO-FOX and KO-cuce and as far as I've seen so far, Apex is on the majority of them?

You should get use to it twoey (reffering to harmful propaganda against one server), I've been fighting quite some malicious individuals when opening my own, it's a painful process to dig through and a lot of pressure is held upon server owner during pre-launch and first week of launch, but once you chew through it you're golden.

Advertising is only half of it, its getting the turks interested in the server or not and that is what will make your server great and long lasting, or make it die within a month. It's kind of out of your hands to be honest, so get as much advertisements as you can and just hope the turks get excited.

I hate to say this. But I wont join for first week (fuck yea). Because I'm unavailable. I could hop on on first day and play roughly 24hours but i don't see point of it as for following week im gone.
I would like to start campaign of throwing it back 1 more week.

DDoS attacks are inevitable when launching KO servers so... Especially the more updated servers.

Yes. 99,9% sure there will be a botnet attack services ordered or it's already reserved. The average ddos attack is between 5 -10 G bps. There are servers with that high bandwidth too but those are costy. Also there can never be that much attack power every second to take this server down - you'll lag 1-2 seconds sometimes but still, you can play cuz it's a costy server.

You've got the numbers pretty wrong,i think they should be able to solve the ddos attacks within the first few hours (Although there could be a problem if the attacker has a lot of resources)
Well heck from what i've been talking to Aesteris they prepared everything good,it could go either way i'm well aware there are going to be some problems but they should be able to solve it.
