the server had so much potential, but unfortunately it's lost, i expected the ban after requesting my money back, i mean come on, you don't even have a total player's on the panel, i'd guess it was around 150, then once ingame you were attacked, completely not your fault (even tho you should of tested how much data would of taken you down), but then the KC bug, where people could buy stuff @ -400 KC, also doubling people's KC who had bought KC? not to mention the fact no one wanted to farm because you made fishing and mining the main priority, just small thing's that were really important for the life of the server, not to mention the fact you never kept the community up to date as to what was going on, wish you guy's good luck with the server but im done

Really wish they'd put an online user counter. Alot of people don't see one so they just assume it's a dead server. It really couldn't hurt to add one at this point

If people will only play if there are 300 people then fuck them. I hate that mentality, Apex is a well good damn server and the guys put a lot of effort on it and if in the end some of you don't support it because you are still bitching for little things then don't fucking come.

My only complain with Apex is the fact that they allow babashopping in forum, like people making trades for real money so the lazy asses can get their beloves 80+ chars and items just using their money, makes me wonder why do we bother if in the end a lot of douches are just gonna babashop their ass off usko style. Babashopping (plus other bs) killed the game so I don't understand why they allowed it. I think it has to do with this forum and certain people asking for it, like begging for it because they don't want to play, they just want to join later and buy some already geared chars to just go pk and get a symbol. Same old story.

Besides that fact, as players playing from beta day 1, server is going well, more people are coming everyday and yeah, maybe right now it's quite quiet but let the guys keep working on stability issues and some other issues and it will be perfect soon. I put my trust on these guys that they will deliver the server we've been waiting for years. If people want to complain for little things then so be it, Apex doesn't need them.

Dude, what's the problem with allowing people to trade stuff for IRL $? People will do it regardless, they'll just do it privately if it weren't "allowed".

My problem is what causes at a larger scale. It's easy to spot babashoppers. People coming from nowhere, fully geared, suddenly taking a spot in ranks. Not fair in my opinion, even we know when someone just name change and stuff. Pay to win someone? How many clans in the history of USKO were pay to win clans? So many to count.

I know many people will do it regardless, we're in G4L, people here live for that shit of buying and selling pixels, I understand but I thought ApexKO would try to be different in this matter, that they were going to protect fairness or try to protect server from people making a profit from it. Those aren't players, are just people trying to make a living out of a videogame just like the chinese goldfarmers that everybody used to complain long time ago but everybody bought coins from them. It was just a rant, I know probably 80% of the community here or in Apex is full pro-baba, I know, but someone has to have some common sense regarding what will happen in the future, we'll have a pay to win server which I believe it was not the intention.

But anyway, I spoke my mind already and I know many of you wont like it and it's okay. We can go further by pm or in apex forums. I like the server, I like that many of my friends are there and I'll be there as long as they are here. I think Twostars and Aesteris did a fine job during beta and since launch they barely had any rest because they had to dealt with many bitching and problems but they were there, they did not disappear, so in that aspect I'm happy. This was just a rant regarding what I believe needed to be addressed.

Thanks for bringing that up actually, as it was never intended to be allowed, but checking the section's rule thread all it says is this:

5. USD and account trades won't be banned, but you will do them at your own risk. The ApexKO staff won't be held responsible for any scam or fraud regarding this kind of trades.

What that's meant to mean is, it's not tolerated in the forums (or game, for that matter), but we won't be going out of our way to ban for it. Essentially "if you must do it, do it privately, and don't complain to us when something bad happens as a result -- we won't be able to do anything about it, because it's quite a grey area in terms of knowing what actually happened / who should have access to the [account | items]". More or less there's safer ways of going about that sort of thing otherwise, e.g. character sealing, etc. It's just when it comes down to the RL monetary trades that things get all skewy.

That will need to be fixed up. Thanks for pointing that out!

The only problem with allowing it is it leads people to think that it's normal and hence safe. As it's not something we can actually monitor, there's no way for us to guarantee people aren't going to be scammed, so it's the furthest thing from "safe".
So IMO, the safest way of dealing with it is to just try to prevent it from becoming normal behaviour. It'll still happen, sure -- but I should imagine with it being abnormal behaviour (or well, behaviour specifically forbidden), people should at the very least think twice.

i am confused why ardream got closed? i mean i know obviosly there is no action atm since all the 80+ going to grind and stuff but ye cz also is quite empty no action there aswell only for cards and maybe exp i know most people go 80 + but i was hoping for so ardream action after a month or 2 from some players form turkish coutnry or somthing i was realy dissapointed this morning becuz all i didi pretty much is farm for ardream char and i also made a ardream char to go hop int here and than i ciuldent see it anymore on teleporter pls ? :P

Maybe it could be enabled later on... no point right now to have a free gateway for riotes, atrosses and possibly bosses.

idk they realsed it with ardream so keep it up i mean ok no way to have cz than put card drop rate on emc/luff and close cz free gateway to riotes atross bosses <3 spawn times so long anyways on those kind of stuff
