You can keep using the same client, just patch it up to 2.037 with the launcher (warning: large post, client stuff's at the bottom). Not a lot was updated client-wise (it was mostly server updates), so the patch is fairly small.

I'm trying to log in but it says that my region is not allowed to do so. I obviously allowed it on the website and waited for quite a while now and still nothing. Does anyone have the solution for this?
