I'm assuming that's Damien and some others? If I'm not wrong, they're pretty good. They used to use "Sality" tags in other servers, usually under the clan name 4Difference.

everywhere is busy, was around 1k users before restart

Hard to say. They lost a lot of players after launch because I'm guessing some teams didn't like the leveling, but they still do have plenty of players. I don't know how that transcends into PvP though.

I don't think it's necessarily "dead". I just don't think it's worth starting before you can actually check CZ during peak time.

Before the restart i checked CZ real quick and it had 63 karus users there and well from what i've seen there are many more humans atm
It's a lot more enjoyable this time around thats for sure
