Your previous server had 5 people playing 20 days after your launch.
This one, has 25-30 users online during the morning and hardly 130 during the night. It's NOT EVEN 2 weeks old and it's half dead.

According to my server's activity. First of all, it's almost 1,5 month old and it's doing fine so far. I'm about to re-new the host till september.

You cannot compare my server with yours. Mine is better by far.

It has ~60 users during peak time and it's more than enough for a light-farm/PK server.
^If that wasn't enough then there 'd be no reason to keep it alive for that long so far.
I don't see any of my players whining about my server nor about the online users count. (maybe 'cause I don't fake anything nor I lie about anything ? who knows)

Instead, all the whine goes on your server!

Considering the fact you are 34 year old and has nothing better to do with your life then start a fight at 11:30 pm is rather concerning then amusing.
