Nah mortal it's packed with Themida it shows on antivirus as false positive, I vouch for it thats safe. If my word counts here :P Even soacs anticheats if you purchase them they cost like 800$ with full events their EXEs mostly also have this false-positive. There's quite many servers like that. I actually want to learn how to pack it differently but I don't know how as of yet. I know a lot of people is frustrated by this false-positives, especially if servers have unknown owners and such.

But to comfort you, neither me nor my brother are sniffing on anyone's PC for private x-rated videos. If we did you would be able to download them on TheFappening xD lol joke aside, i vouch for it to be safe :P

true, and I know it's false here but it shouldn't be ignored as your brother is telling them to do. A lot people know it's false-positive virus in nearly all files out here and there is way to abuse it. I don't trust your bro, but I believe your word. =p and it's easy to see if the virus is different from the one at 1.298 or 1.310 files that is released on net.
