Yeah I envied so many light mages after the ROFD patch, but once the 83 came out they became weaker compared to other classes, solo that is.

I just finished editing something interesting for the 73 cap expansion :P During Invasion when you kill NPCs you can loot Krowaz Fantastic Armor Material (This is on top of krowaz land event it's basicaly going to encourage people to attend wars and make a bloody battles ). You exchange it at proconsul once you get 5 pieces. Most of the time it will give you a +6 armor piece, if you're lucky you can get +7, if you're extremely lucky and have no luck with the ladies (hence luck ingame) what so ever you can get a +8 aswell.

Note that it will give you armor depending on your class. Rogue will get for rogue, Warrior for warrior and so forth.

Version doesn't have anything to do with skills being on cooldown, it is purely server owner choice and everything can be set normally, without any restrictions no matter the version.

But to answer @Monito, correct, there is no cooldown on minor nor on arrow shower.
