Dear Bazinga KO Community, quick update list:


- GM's R-hit no longer cause any damage
- ANTI-Glitch system has been implemented
- F6 now stops your character from moving
(people used to abuse F6 button to bug into opposite nation base in Border Defense War)
- Item & accessory upgrade notice system has been implemented
- Online rewards have been added
- Forgotten Temple event has been added (there will be completly different rewards then chests)
- Holy Land zone has been implemented
(The event will be activated on 75 LVL CAP)
- New "skill check" TBL protection
- Other minor fixes & more gambling options have been added to the server

I still think the server would be much much more successful if sheldon quit the admin team, he seems to be holding The Mighty Flash back and its a real shame.

There is more to it then that, people with weaker computers were able to bug up the wall in border defense war by pressing Shift + alt + w + f6, when the PC unfroze, they were in the base, people used to do it on previous bazinga in BDW, there are also plenty turkish topics regarding it, if you don't believe me just google "Shift + alt + w + f6 knight online" I am sure many other server owners experienced people abusing this as well.

I really didn't think F6 was needed for that; the key combination suggests something similar to your garden variety glitching, trick being bugging how the client handles movement (i.e. the rest of the key combination), which makes complete sense for glitching past incline checks (it's not like the server enforces that). Are you sure F6 was ever needed to bug it? Sounds to me like turks cooking up overcomplicated methods for things (seen it plenty of times with dupes XD).

But then again it could also just be adding that slightly extra CPU time in switching over the menu... but it'd only be doing that once, so not real sure how that comes into it...

I'm unsure whether it was the F6 key, but Flash is indeed correct. By using some combination with CTRL, Shift or ALT you could freeze your screen temporarily and glitch through an invisible wall which allowed you to climb on to the opponent nation's base in BDW (tested by me, myself and I back in USKO). Sadly I can't remember the exact button combination, but it was something like what Flash described. ALT+Shift+F-key.

I guess the reason it worked was due to some kind of a failure within the client caused by the game freeze when these buttons were pressed simultaneously. The game thinks your character is moving, and for some reason forgets some movement restricting limitations for a short gap in time? Any way, it wasn't like you could walk through anything. Or then it could also be some issue with the coordinates and character location. Perhaps the game teleports/rubberbands/rollbacks the character to invalid coordinates and makes it possible to walk up the walls in BDW.

I don't really know. I'm no developer :P
