sexy and unless max ko changed are definately not full pk, sexy has valks/pathos which not everyone has + cs's wep defence etc, max has a shit ton of items you have to farm for lol
Yea maxko is pretty bad but sexyko not so much if you have clan party you don't need cs and valks lol, valks give a little bit of advantage but not enough to go owning up everyone in CZ :P
Sexyko is so boring with all the mages (also i dont get why some people join a private server just to bomb arena all day long o.o ). Anyway it's definately not a full pk server as you need to farm for defenses and unique weaps which everyone else does have
I've also been looking for a full pk server but haven't been able to find one so far.

edit: who ever is on vista 64 bit dont bother dling it uses soacs which isnt compatible with vista 64 bit
