FTP Full fixed ,srry for long , fix this but i have problem in real life.
failed in start- other admin instal " Xampp -version other." + install FileZilla but i dont know it (the install) :S . 1h later of open server - anderson fix the bug ,ftp work + me lanucher load ,patch .

The only reason why i didnt move this topic to vault is to catch your attention ( Janek ) , stop making new accounts because i'll keep banning them, our spybot will tell us when you make a new account from the same mac adress , no matter how many times you reboot your ip/use vpn/etc , you and your server are not welcome to g4l.
