It really fluctuates on the population, sometimes there's absolutely no humans, sometimes no orcs.
All in all though the armor/levels/time it takes to get these things is all fairly quick and easy. As long as you can use the anvil and have any basic grasp upon the comboing system, you should do fine in this server.
