Elias I don't think you can simply ban people for charging back on private servers, from ko4life public forum, however it is a sort of scam, if terms of agreement on server are written properly and prohibit chargebacks you are awared of it pre-donation and if you donate you choose to do so, so yes, imo that is considered a scamm, but how to proove it is a different story, afaik you need to post some proofs to ban scammers on public forum, however owner can decide obviously to ban you on his own server. it's hard to proove who they are you got to believe the owner's word in that cause I could ask to ban all those guys that tried to chargeback on my server aswell I can merely provide screen shots of cases from paypal with their emails but how you will link them with memebers on ko4life unless you know for sure. I know that the one you banned on ko4life was indeed the one that charged back there but when there are certain rules on forums about banning people that require posting proofs people might get on your ass for abusing your powers. However ban ingame is completely justified.
On non-related topic about advertising server and luring players. It has come to my attention that someone said rick was luring bazinga players, that is not true, he was not doing it he merely pmed Sammy his old friend that was already deciding to quit bazinga,however there were some random players mostly peruvians who have been posting links on my server group on facebook tho, but owner can't affect that behaviour, it's people that are hyped for another server and wish it to suceed and have great popularity that do that usually completely on their own without any influence of particular server owners. That is why I never accused server owners to be doing it harmfully and with intention because i'm awared of that piece of community that does that.

CSW went very well and looked to be amazingly fun. Congratulations to the clan TheBadBoys and their ally Divine for winning the first CSW on the server. Here is a few screenshots from the CSW.
Working on Valkyrie armors. No clue when I will release a new set of armors, its more up to the community for that. I just want to have them ready.
The server is currently down due to host connection problems. I do not know what is going on currently. I'll have to contact them and see whats up.
Just got off the phone with the hosting company and its confirmed, they're having hosting issues. They told me it'd be fixed asap.
Climax isn't the only server having this problem, it's all servers that has the same host as me.
Edit : Servers on, lets see if they fixed it.
