I don't think Vincent is a scammer, he's a nice person.
At least was with me, he helped me a LOT in the past when the Aujard exploit was out there and with others things.

Also about this Rafael that they're saying there, i know him, he's the biggest scammer here in brazil, every brazilian who play KO know him. He tried to scamm me a couple of times.

He doesn't scamm KO people only, he steals exchange houses. And has already been arrested for it.

Now it's changing to banned by scamming by having server online? If so then all who worked in KOTastic (shurt, twostars) should be banned.

All who worked with grobar, zeroh/west/mitja should be banned.

Professor should be banned.

Rocket should be banned.

All these people also launching servers collecting money and closing, and these guys dont even work hard they just copy files and edit drop rates.

Vincent's case is indeed very complex and the Rafael case.. Well I won't even get into that. But the main reason he's banned is because of his disappearances. Basically after receiving the donations he left the servers to die with no support at all.

KOTastic wasn't abandoned as far as I know. It had a rough run but wasn't twostars working on it till the very end? And I think they also kept the server going for like 1-2 months even after they lost majority of their players. Also, twostars is a major contributor to the whole PSKO community.
