Login to panel then go to Irk Degistir, enter character name and secret question then secret answer the click item yolla
Use Google chrome bro , As soon as u login at panel , User control panel shows up , Scroll down . u should find a bunch of options .. One among them is nation transfer

Only issue I have is that I have to PAYPAL manually from the USA, and getting a GM to help is problematic, and usually TicketSupport has messages blocked. Need a 24/7 english GM to handle this issue till they get the PayPal straightened out.
Whenever I log in it's full on PK with several hundred in the bowl, and its never boring, or no one EVER has to do an event to get people in the bowl. Rocking ass server..1000X better than that other one I used to play.

Did you try Mediafire, mega or google download?, cause the ftp is a bit sketchy. Did you turn off AV and firewall? I used the mediafire with firefox to download.
