Thats up to Aftermath Screamer as I didn't make a single penny. It's all in his paypal, if he wants to refund the $ thats up to him. Server is still there 100% able to be online if he wishes for it to be.

AfterMath still owns/runs the server, so nobody's decided it's going to shut down. bigdudle just didn't want to be part of it any longer.
Whether AfterMath continues it or not is up to him, nothing bigdudle can do about it regardless.

If it does end up being shutdown, at least you've still got the option of charging back.
