Yeah I mean we do have Gem of Faith as well that 100% gives a random item at +8. People could buy that and take the risk of obtaining a +8 or just buy the (+5) or (+6) and take the risk of upgrading.

I honestly like this idea way better than just straight out (+8) in PUS. There is a reason why too. Donors wouldn't be OP day 1 and we'd have a constant $ flow for the dedi. Our dedi is around 500$/monthly.

Not to mention people wouldn't get bored as fast as just getting (+8) straight up.

OVH Canada has very nice network and routing, EU people will be having somewhere from 90-110 ping which is more then alright.
Contact me on skype and we'll get that windows installed, there are many holes with windows OS installation via rescue mode at OVH and such so you don't have to pay 50 $ each month for license and no one will be verifying you neither.
