Server info:
• The maximum level will be 70.
• You starting with level 65 and some standard items
• Auto master is enable.
• Server has able only +9 / +2
• Compounding will be enabled.
• Voting reward possibly on website.
• ACME security on the server.
• Power up store enabled

Maps:
• Old Moradon.
• Colony Zone (The new one)
• El Morad Castle and Lufferson Castle.

Anvil Rates:

* +1 - +5 = 100%
* +5 - +6 = 50%
* +6 - +7 = 20%
* +7 - +8 = 5%
*+8 - +9 = 2%

* +1 - +6 = 100%
* +6 - +7 = 50%
* +7 - +8 = 25%
* +8 - +9 = 5%

* +0 - +1 = 100%
* +1 - +2 = 80%
* +2 - +3 = 50%

But the server itself isn't bad, it's a PK server with decent start items.

Making a working database is no problem at all. Everyone without knowledge could easily make one up , because of all the releases of snoxd that has been posted there past these years. It's different story to secure files, and I think that is the main reason why they bought ACME.

I don't get it... is it official already? Or it's beta? I can't believe that they released a server that there is not even a single person online, lol. Did they even advertise? I'm looking for pk server, but playing all alone is not an option.

In fairness, that really doesn't say whether it's the date for an official (re-)launch or not. You just have to assume it is...

point taken , however knowing that there is older topic about same server which is like few week old , i'd say it stand for official relaunch.
